General Policies
Please take a few minutes to review our policies and call us toll free at 888-215-5855 or email to info@ladygolf.com if you have any questions. All merchandise listed on ladygolf.com refers to U. S. SIZING and SCALES. Your Credit Card will be charged when the order is received to start the order process. If you have a Gift Certificate or Store Credit please indicate in the "Survey Section" on the checkout area that you would like to use these as a form of payment. SHIPPING INFORMATION IN STOCK merchandise normally ships within 24-48 hours after order is placed. OUT OF STOCK merchandise (BACKORDERS) usually ships 10-14 days after the order was placed. Items backordered for more than 14 days: LADY GOLF will notify the customer via telephone or e-mail with an expected ship date. Orders will be shipped according to the service selected by the customer when all merchandise is ready for shipment. Contact us toll-free at 1-888-215-5855 prior to placing any orders and we will happily advise you of the anticipated delivery dates for your selected merchandise if you require the order within a specific time frame. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes! Please note American Express Orders will require a signature when delivered to a residential address. LADY GOLF uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for all orders to a US Zip code and to Canada. SHIPPING CHARGES will show on your invoice at Check Out including shipping/handling/insurance. GOLF BAG BOXES: Due to the oversized nature of Golf Bags fixed shipping charges apply to all shipments in the US. UPS Standard Ground: $25; UPS Second Day Air: $80; UPS Next Day Air $110. Available shipping methods: UPS Ground: 5-7 business days anywhere within the US. 1-2 business days within California. UPS Second Day Air: 2 business days anywhere in the US. UPS Next Day Air: 1 buisiness day. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING LADY GOLF will attempt to ship all international orders the most coast efficient way using Fed Ex, UPS or Postal Service. Time for transit by air 5-10 days in most cases. Import Cost, Taxes, Duties etc. are the responsibility of the customer. As a reference to our international customers: International package shipping rates start at approximately $79.00 for a single shoe size box with approximate dimensions of 12 inches X 9 inches X 6 inches at a weight of 4 pounds. These charges will increase based on added weight and overall dimensions.

Gift Boxing/Wrapping and Cards
Please note that Gift Boxing/Gift Wrapping is available on selected
items for a charge $0.00 per item.
One gift card per order is available free of charge.
Taxes
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:
Sales tax will not be charged on orders purchased outside of California. There is no Sales Tax on the purchase of a Gift Certificate, although your order confirmation may show a tax amount on your bill at check out.

Order Cancellation Policies
Orders may be cancelled anytime prior to shipping by email to info@ladygolf.com, by fax 760-773-2144 Please provide the order number provided with your order confirmation. Cancellations by telephone can not be accepted. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing your refund.

Warranties
LADY GOLF is committed to provide its customers with products of highest quality and value. All merchandise should be inspected carefully upon receipt. We offer a 30 day in-house warranty against manufacturer defects. Worn footwear will be repaired or replaced at the manufactures discretion. Please contact us by phone and we will make every effort to resolve the problem.

Return Policies
All returns must be sent back to Lady Golf's main business address:

REFUND/EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT for all merchandise received back at LADY GOLF within 14 days from the day of delivery as long as it is new, unused and in its original packaging. If a refund is desired it will be applied based on the original method of payment for the actual value of merchandise only, without shipping charges. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing your refund. EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT for all merchandise received back at LADY GOLF within 30 days from day of delivery as long as it is new, unused and in its original packaging. If shoes are being returned the actual shoe box cannot be used as shipping box since this would damage the product's resale ability. PLEASE NOTE: EXOTIC SHOES can only be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY !
A $10 RESTOCKING FEE applies to all returns of WALTER GENUIN SHOES. The following products may NOT be returned: 1. Used merchandise 2. Personalized items 3. Special Orders 4. Books/Videos/DVDs Returns are recommended by UPS, Fed-Ex or Postal Service "Registered", so the return can be tracked. We also recommend that you insure your return since LADY GOLF is not responsible for any merchandise which is lost or stolen during transit. STORE CREDITS MUST BE USED WITHIN 6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF ISSUE. To redeem a store credit or gift certificate online simply indicate. " I have a store credit/gift certificate I wish to use " under the survey section of the checkout area and the credit amounts will be applied to your order.

Lady Golf does not contribute to or participate in cooperative databases, which give other companies access to such Personal Information. When you purchase products from our Stores, we may collect your name, address, email address, telephone number(s) and credit card information (with the expiration date). In addition, we collect transaction information related to your purchase (such as what you bought, the price you paid, the payment method you used and if the product was on sale).
